By downloading, installing, or using SovereignShield, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Kragworks.
SovereignShield is a mobile privacy application for iPhone that provides VPN tunnel services, DNS encryption, content blocking, location privacy controls, and related personal privacy features. The service is provided as-is for lawful personal privacy protection.
You must be at least 13 years old to use SovereignShield. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Using SovereignShield for lawful personal privacy protection — including reducing unwanted commercial tracking and advertising profiles — is the intended and permitted use.
SovereignShield offers three tiers: Lite (free), Pro ($9.99/month or $79.99/year), and Node ($29.99/month or $249.99/year). Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Kragworks does not receive or store your payment information. Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are handled through your Apple ID settings.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-period cancellations.
The optional Kragworks Node appliance (Raspberry Pi–based gateway, sold separately or as a bundle where offered) runs the same SovereignShield daemon as a customer Mac or PC. Hardware terms apply to appliance purchases: sales are final except for defective units replaced within 90 days. An App Store Node subscription alone does not ship hardware unless you purchase a bundle that includes the appliance.
SovereignShield and all related technology are proprietary to Kragworks. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your personal devices. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute SovereignShield.
SovereignShield is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Kragworks does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular privacy outcome. No privacy tool provides absolute protection. We make reasonable efforts to maintain effectiveness but cannot guarantee results against all tracking or data-collection techniques.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kragworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SovereignShield. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Kragworks in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
